Homes in North and Northeast Portland are selling twice as fast as those in Lake Oswego and West Linn.
That’s one way of looking at the latest October figures released by the RMLS. Indeed, the total market time (TMT) for the LO & WL suburbs is currently more than six months (187 days).

I know a lot of the home loans I am doing is for NE Portland, and SE Portland. There is a LOT going on in those areas!
